Job Description
Provide analytical, financial, and operational support to the Procurement area, ensuring the efficient management of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, resolution of commercial disputes with suppliers, tracking of returns of non-conforming materials, and proper issuance of credit notes, with a focus on compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, finance, or commercial analysis, ideally in highly regulated industrial sectors (aerospace, automotive, defense).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query).
Knowledge of Power BI.
Experience with SAP ERP (MM & FI modules).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (quality, logistics, finance).
Focus on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Time and priority management under pressure.
