Job Description

- Assurer l'interface qualité avec les clients et établir une relation de confiance avec le client
- Recenser les exigences qualité applicables aux programmes et mettre en place, en relation avec les divers secteurs concernés, les actions et processus adéquats pour y répondre
- Contribuer à l'instruction des produits retournés et des non conformités exportées en collaboration avec l'équipe Enquête & Analyses et construire la réponse au client (Analyse de cause et plan d'actions)
- Préparer et présenter les rendez-vous qualité avec les clients (bilan Qualité, audits)
