Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• You have at least five years of experience in financial controlling, financial management within an industrial setting, or audit consultancy;
• You are fluent in English, with a good knowledge of French and Dutch;
• You have solid practical knowledge of Excel and SAP;
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy being actively involved in daily operations.
• You are operationally minded and solution-oriented.
• You are comfortable working within the structure of Group guidelines, standardized processes, and corporate applications;
• You possess effective coaching skills and enjoy supporting the growth of others;
• You remain calm under pressure, are assertive, and thrive in deadline-driven environments.

Your role:
• Ensure the implementation of effective systems and processes to accurately measure business performance and manage financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, procedures, and applicable local legislation.
• Maintain the integrity and efficiency of systems and processes in line with Group guidelines.
• Continuously update and improve standard and full costing processes.
• Ensure the timely and accurate calculation of accruals; analyze the company's costs and revenues; compare results to budgets and forecasts; validate findings; and collaborate with local management to propose and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses on the company's performance and individual business sectors.
• Create presentations to keep management informed of results and performance trends.
• Calculate and report clocking data for each shop visit; provide recommendations and follow up on productivity improvements in collaboration with local management.
• Deliver detailed financial business analyses to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate company performance and market trends.
• Build trust-based relationships with other departments and colleagues; act as a reliable advisor by providing relevant financial insights and supporting stakeholders in their decision-making processes.
