The Executive Assistant will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of Operations and top executives. They will filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the Operations and executives role so that the executives can focus on high-level leadership functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:
• Maintains the executive's calendar: schedule and confirm appointments, arrange for meeting rooms or facilities, make and confirm travel plans.
• Prepares agendas and presentations.
• Attends meetings with the executive team and takes, transcribes, and distributes notes or minutes.
• Prepares and submits expense reports on behalf of the executive
• Perform various tasks to support the operations team, including;
o Prepare Indirect Purchasing requests.
o Manufacturing Stamp Recording keeping
o Maintaining Facility Basic skills Matrix
o Uniform and Locker key assignment management
o Administrative Management of the Preventative Maintenance system
o Maintain and Update EHS recurring events calendar
o Scheduling and managing Prescription safety glasses appointments
o Document preparation and maintenance, etc
• Preparation of reports, including audit reports, weekly highlights, etc.
• Screens visitors, phone calls, emails, or physical mail.
• Organization and administration of executive and operations events (ie. visitor lunch)
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Functions like a liaison between executive staff (CEO and COO) and Safran management/employees as well as external parties
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture,
• Regular, predictable attendance is required;
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
• Associate's degree required and/or 4-6 years of experience.

• Has the ability to work as a part of a team.
• Oral and written communication skills are required.
