Job Description

• Lead end-to-end planning, implementation and monitoring of large and complex program for the development of novel Electrical Inserts
• Interface and coordinate stakeholders at various departments, including Engineering, Purchasing, SCM, Industrialization and Quality teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines and deliverables for the overall program. Coordinate and track project progress with the related Project Managers, adjusting timelines and resources as needed.
• Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks to successful program execution and develop mitigation plans to ensure program goals are achieved. Escalate at right level and with relevant speed/ anticipation the gaps versus targets.
• Facilitate decision-making and team cohesion: Guide and support the team in making informed decisions, providing necessary resources and fostering a collaborative environment
• Ensure adherence to Safran own standards as well as aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive customer reviews, technical milestone assessments and phase-gate processes
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

Job Requirements

Specific requirements:
- Extensive experience managing Projects/ Programs for develelopment of Electronic/ Mechatronic Products
5+ years' experience in technical project/program management, ideally in aeronautics, aerospace or automotive industries.
• Willingness to travel as part of the projects
• Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams, with a deep understanding of engineering (Electronics, Mechanics, Software …), industrialization and program management processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources and budgets effectively.
• Financial acumen and understanding of program financial management
• Strong leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 Certification
