The position will be focal point between customers and sales. This position will maintain a customer relationship by providing the best possible level of support with honest and timely communication.

This position works directly with the customer by processing customer purchase orders, answering questions and resolving delivery issues. In order to be successful, this position will work internally to ensure customer order requirement flow down and On Time Delivery Management.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase Orders placement, changes, status requests, and issue resolution.
• Ensure On-Time Delivery of product.
• Maintain and audit customer Line of Balances to ensure accurate order entry.
• Notify customers of potential delays.
• Prepare and present recovery schedules to the customer.
• Support internal and external status and escalation meetings.
• Support customer KPI inputs and management. Identify opportunities for improvement and dispute errors with customers.
• Support customer forecast meetings and discussions. Ensure any adjustments in production requirements are updated in M3 and communicated internally.
• Support On-Site support team requirements for parts and documentation.
• Support purchase order compliance flow down. Coordinate internally to ensure adherence with our purchase order obligations.
• Support Accounts Receivable to communicate and resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies.
• Prepare and support quotes for parts and components.
• Support Program Management and Account Management activities.
• Manage warranty database.
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required;
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:
• 2 year certificate from college or technical school or 2 to 3 years of career experience in Customer Service.
• MRP experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position

• Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, & percentages - Basic
• Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations - Basic
• Write reports, business correspondence, work instructions & process - Basic
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, and customers - Basic
• Maintain confidentiality under executed NDAs with specific care for military contracts execution - Basic
