Job Description

Supervises an área of operations and ensures the compliance with the objectives S –Q- C –D –P –I, as well as the administration of resources in the area. It is responsible for verifying, planning, organizing, directing and controlling the work of the operational area complying with quality and aeronautical authority procedures

Develop and guide the work team
Manages production plan in a timely manner in accordance with the MPS
Manages the technical human resources of the area (Shifts, overtime, vacations)
Download horoquartz and SAP reports
Productivity Tracking - Utilization; ensures correct registration of horoquartz codes as well as the full day
Creates material requisitions - indirect purchasing
Manages MIGO processing in the receipt of material purchases
Manages and ensures action plan of IGP - 5's - Spot audit – QRQC
Manage QRQC N1
Manage the spare parts required for engine work orders in SAP (Backshop)
Request CPs from the warehouse
Ensure that staff carry out quality work in a timely manner in accordance with applicable procedures.

Complementary Description

Ensures and validates the TPM Checklist, 5's, verification of tools, measuring instruments as well as control of CPs without expiration date and current calibrations of equipment and tools.
Ensure the protection and safekeeping of engine parts upon entry, during and at the end of the repair, as well as their correct identification at all times.
FOD protocol applies when there is the presence of a lost object
Manage shift completion report and escalation of problems raised during shift.
Ensure registration of log filling of the corresponding área
Manage Andon, MP Dinamo Maint, NC's tickets as applicable with support areas.
Management support to KPI's
Update personnel releases by monitoring Logs
Participation in 8D's and RPO investigations
Support the brigades in order and discipline in any event
Support the required extemporaneous production.
Support audits of Customers and Aeronautical Authorities
Validates overtime of the staff in charge as well as Send attendance report to Human Resources
