In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in Supporting to leads and operators in the assembly and/or fabrication areas. Also, plan, structure and implement manufacturing programs. Duties and Responsibilities
Support and Process Improvement: Provide assistance to leads and operators, balance lines, implement procedures, and analyze parts, seat flow, and factory floor layouts for efficiency, applying Lean Manufacturing principles.
Data Analysis and Documentation: Conduct time and motion studies, apply statistical analysis, and create Standard Work Instructions to improve productivity while maintaining quality and FAA compliance.
Training and Development: Train shop personnel on updated processes, including Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvement implementations.
Problem Solving and Communication: Address production issues (methods, tooling, sequences) and communicate with engineering and other departments to resolve challenges, propose improvements, and develop new tooling or processes.
Cost Reduction and Process Optimization: Identify and implement labor and cost reduction opportunities, propose and implement new manufacturing methods, and contribute to cost-reduction initiatives.
Planning and Reporting: Assist in capacity planning, workload analysis, and manpower planning; regularly report progress to supervisors and managers on activities and improvements.
Safety and Other Duties: Collaborate with safety personnel to enhance factory conditions and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements
A. Education & Qualification:
• B.S. degree in a related technical field (eg: IE, ME, EE) required; or
• Associate degree (in related field) with 3 years related experience; or
• Six (6) years of job-related experience.
B. Work Experience - Technical knowledge:
• Additionally, 2-4 years' related work experience, required.
C. Professional Skills:
• Reporting and Documentation: Capable of preparing clear, well-organized reports.
• Manufacturing Knowledge: Experienced in product design, engineering, tool design, tool fabrication, machinery, and factory methods.
• Mathematics and Analysis: Basic understanding of trigonometry, algebra, statistics, and motion/time study principles.
• Inventory and Production Control: Knowledge of inventory management, product data management, production control, and manufacturing resource planning.
• Software Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and PC-based tools.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Able to read engineering and facility layout blueprints and diagrams.
• Problem Solving and Improvement: Proven experience in identifying and resolving production issues and facilitating continuous improvement, including Lean Manufacturing and “6S” practices.
• Safety and Ergonomics: Familiar with worker safety policies, ergonomic concepts, and the ability to resolve safety issues in manufacturing.
• Capacity and Workload Planning: Basic knowledge of manpower, capacity planning, workload analysis, and work transfer.
D. Behavioral Skills:
• Collaboration and Interaction: Experience working closely with all levels of manufacturing, including supervision, management, and departments like Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Production to resolve issues.
• Lean Manufacturing Support: Actively support and drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Improvement and Cost Reduction: Initiate projects that lead to labor, material, space, and cost reductions.
• Key Skills: Strong in persuasion, initiative, responsibility, adaptability, autonomy, relationship building, creativity, leadership, negotiation, perseverance, precision, self-confidence, and self-motivation.
• Task Management and Initiative: Comfortable with ambiguity, managing multiple tasks, and leading major initiatives.
