Job Description

Objective:
Has oversight responsibility for all accounting and tax operations for a fast growing entity operations within Safran Hyderabad cluster.

Main scope of responsibilities for the entity under supervision:
- General ledger + Financial statements: responsibility of statutory accounts and Safran corporate reporting (IND AS - IFRS)
- Supervision of Account payable, Account receivable, Fixed assets management
- Intercompany flows reconciliation
- Travel expenses / expense notes
- Treasury management (payment process, compliances and reconciliations...) and relations with banks
- Tax declarations (Income tax, GST, etc.) and management
- Legal and tax audit, transfer pricing documentation
- Periodic documentation and reporting to ensure compliance to SEZ/ Import / Export regulations

In charge of P2P (Purchase to Pay) rules enforcement within the entity for Finance.

Job Requirements

Accounting/Finance Master degree - Chartered Accountant

At least 5 years experience in Accounting activity, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
SAP FI/CO/MM module strong knowledge
Solid experience on AR/AP/FA/tax management

Demonstrated functional expertise in India Accounting and tax topic.
Experience in Intercompany processes, and price transfer management.

Sense of organization, ability to meet tight deadlines, rigor and reliability
Adaptability to quick organizational changes (growing company, new entity created).
Good communication, able to explain clearly financial data to non finance stakeholders, able to be influential in conversations.
Ability to work in an international environment (French counterparts in HQ and local management)
