XIESA - Systems and Equipment Leader - Xi'an
Job Description
• Report to the Customer Service Department Manager; responsible for establishing, growing and maintaining the Systems and Equipment Business for XIESA.
• End to end ownership of XIESA Systems and Equipment Business.
• Identify the opportunities for systems and equipment business at XIESA, benchmark sister sites and competitors as well as analyze the needs of customers.
• Assess and develop the capability of XIESA to perform the systems and equipment business on an ongoing basis.
• Develop and present business cases to Commercial Director for investment to develop the systems and equipment business.
• Forecasting and Winning/Achieving the Systems and Equipment Business for XIESA.
• Lead the Customer Support activities for the Systems and Equipment Business
• Work with other departments (Operations, Engineering, Quality, etc. do deliver product to customer requirements.
• Focal contact for all Systems and Equipment Activities.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Fluent in English language (speaking and writing).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive / Can do attitude.
• Technically competent to understand product requirements.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant or related experience.
• Experience or exposure to Sales and/or Business Development, Customer Support, in Aviation preferable.
• Any knowledge in Aviation and/or Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul sector a benefit.
