In the role of Quality Inspector you'll play a pivotal part in checking the work performed has been completed according to the work instructions. You'll have the opportunity to assist in training other inspectors or assist with projects. This position contributes to our vision by:
• Inspection of bundles at customer sites
• Reads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists.
• Check work performed is in accordance to the work instruction and meeting the customer standards
• Perform Electrical Tests
• Validates work performed and configuration of the bundle
• Complete associated paperwork
• Assist with on the job training of other inspectors
• Assist in projects when needed.

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• One or more years of experience in Quality Assurance/Inspection?Training Functions.
• Wiring manufacturing, MRO, and/or military aircraft experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills
• Knowledge of standard operation procedures, quality instructions and customer specifications and procedures. (Advanced)
• Ability to complete new hire training requirement. (Basic)
• Ability to work in a team environment using interpersonal skills. (Expert)
• Problem solving/root cause analysis skills. (Adanced)
• Ability to read, interpret and follow specifications, schematics, engineering drawings and parts list for electrical assemblies. (Advanced)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. (Advanced)
• Ability to self-manage tasks and time. (Advanced)
• Computer skills such as navigating systems using a keyboard/mouse (Basic)
