Financial Internal Control Supervisor - XIESA - base in Xi'an
Job Description
• Report to the Chief Financial Officer; responsible for establishing the financial internal control management system of the company,ensure compliance with company and national standards.
• Assist the Chief Financial Officer with the establishment and continuous improvement of the company's financial internal control management; formulate and optimize financial internal control management system and related business processes.
• Responsible for creation, management and reporting of the company's Medium Term Plan (MTP = 5 yr financial plan) to Board level.
• Responsible for controlling company's cash position. Forecasting, Monitoring, Reporting and Controlling cash in and out.
• Responsible for creation, forecasting, management and reporting of the Actual financial position throughout the year. Formal submission of which is done in Quarters.
• Regularly carry out financial internal control assessment procedures; find internal control defects in financial systems and processes and make suggestions for improvement.
• Responsible for compiling company's financial risks and internal control management reports.
• Assist the Chief Financial Officer with participation in capital operation and financing plan.
• Responsible for compiling company's annual budget and regularly updating the rolling budget; submit monthly budget execution report, explain reasons of budget variances and put forward suggestions for improvement.
• Responsible for the establishment of the company's cost model;
regularly submit cost-benefit analysis report; analyze the impact of revenue and cost changes on net profit and make suggestions for improvement.
• Participate in the company's important bidding projects; be responsible for cost estimation and provide sales department with cost estimation data.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above major in Finance, Auditing or other related.
• Medium-grade professional title (including) above
• Working or have worked in a foreign owned or joint venture enterprise. (Europe, North American, Australian or similar)
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience at least.
• Team spirit & independent worker.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have worked and / or be familiar with Western and Chinese accounting methods and standards.
• Fluent English language in written and spoken.
• Skilled Excel and power point.
• Be familiar with knowledge of CAS and IFRS
