In the role of Storage Administrator IV, you'll play a pivotal part in advising, informing, training and alerting to systems in the scope of storage devices. You'll have the opportunity to manage directly all or a part of projects involving storage systems. The Storage Administrator IV is involved on the architecture evolution and on the technical qualification of platforms or components and will be involved in related BUILD and RUN activities. This position contributes to our vision by:
•Responsible for the optimal functioning of storage systems and components
•Implements the tools guaranteeing the coherence of the storage infrastructures;
•Has global vision of information storage and information systems and good knowledge of the related company processes;
•Develops rules for using the necessary storage tools, in accordance with company standards;
•Manages and maintains the storage infrastructure and other infrastructures (Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, etc..) when needed;
•Manages operations on storage major incident sand able to participate on other infrastructure incidents on other infrastructure (Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, etc..) when needed;
•Help define roadmap for storage infrastructure developments (new hardware, software version, sourcing strategy);

Job Requirements
At Safran Electrical & Power, we seek service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, adaptable to our innovative and evolving environment.
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field - preferred.
• Requires 10-15+ years experience in Netapp storage administration and support.
Knowledge/Skills
• Data Storage Solutions knowledge and administration – Expert (NetApp – required)
• Storage hardware familiarity – Expert (NetApp – required)
• Demonstrate Storage Engineering and Architecture skills – advanced (preferred)
• VMware Administration – Basic (preferred)
• Citrix App and Desktop Virtualization – basic (preferred)
• General Systems Administration – Basic (preferred)
• Windows Server Concepts and knowledge – Basic (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skils – Advanced (English – required)
• Good knowledge of the ITIL Process – Basic (required)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• NetApp NCSA, NCDA, NCSE – preferred
VMware VCA, VCP – preferred
