Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. To strengthen our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager, to join our organization in Zaventem. In this role, you will serve as the key link between the Supply Chain department and the Module Factory building project. This initial project will provide you with valuable experience, and future projects with a focus on logistics will arise as part of our ongoing ramp-up efforts.
Complementary Description
Your role:
• Support project scoping and impact assessment for the Module Factory project;
• Collaborate as a key team member in managing the project;
• Lead detailed planning for Supply Chain activities, identifying and managing risks and issues;
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor project progress and drive continuous improvement;
• Act as the primary link between Supply Chain Management and the project team;
• Contribute fresh ideas to optimize the Module Factory flow management;
• Think strategically about the future logistics needs of the Module Factory.
Job Requirements
Your profile:
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field ;
• Junior professionals with relevant internships, or experience are welcome to apply;
• Knowledge of Supply Chain management (demand & supply planning, warehouse management, transportation, and logistics);
• Proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to drive projects to success;
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address project risks;
• Autonomous, with excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of Dutch or French and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project and MS Office, with strong data analysis skills.
