In the role of Line Coordinator you'll play a pivotal part on our Repairs Department team.
This position contributes to our vision by:
Acting as liaison between production planning and repair station personnel to ensure material requirements are met. Participates in shop floor activities with different functional groups to ensure timely material flow through the repair process. This position is for the Second Shift 02:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
•Works closely with repair station personnel to ensure daily repair plans are met.
•Prioritizes and sequences queued items for each work center based on predetermined reapir schedules.
•Statuses shop floor completions to repair station management and planning personnel.
•Investigates and resolves work order or inventory related issues working with appropriate functional personnel.
•Participates and/or prepares data for repair station meetings.
•Works with other personnel in cross-functional process improvement teams for specified tasks assigned by management
•Maintains and Updates Production Boards and Action Boards
•Keeps track, coordinates and expedites part shortages with other departments
•Transacts operations completion on MO'S and Issues backorders.
•Closes MO's and researches shortages to avoid material variances
•Other duties as assigned by the manager.

The expected salary range for this position is between $33,600 - $52,800 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Job Requirements:
Education: High School diploma/Associates degree from a recognized institution
Experience: minimum of 3 years professional experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent professional experience
Computer Skills:
•Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic
Other Skills:
•Knowledge of work order generation and stockroom kit pull operations
•Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, inventory control, purchasing, stockroom operations and shipping/receiving
•Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001:2008
•Ability to organize tasks and take initiative
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives
•Effective oral and written communications skills
•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
•Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.
