TARGETS & MISSIONS
We are looking for an experienced aeronautical engineer or technician
The manager of workscopers is in charge with the recruitment, training, skills development and management of a team of 4 to 5 Workscope engineers or technician for LEAP engines.
He is the warrant of customer satisfaction and profitability of service contracts against contractual requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Workscope is issued for each induction of an engine in shop and is specific to a turbomachine (ESN), it contains:
Engine input conditions, Engine information/status, Engine Borescope inspection BSI In and Out, Engine module disassembly levels, Output objective configuration, Work and inspections to perform on the equipment, Output tests to perform.
1. Set up and train a team of 4 to 5 people in charge to establish Workscope for LEAP Engines. Provide the Engineering Support services specified in the contracts when an engine need maintenance in shop.
o Recruitment
o Training and skills development of the Workscopers.
o Build and increase the team's multi-skills and versatility

2. Ensure Workscope quality and on time dispatch
o Each Workscope will be reviewed and validated by the manager before sharing it to FTM
o Dispatch the different Workscopes within the team
o Ensure their readiness according to the schedule
o Alert the FTM and his or her management of any issue to respect the commitment
o Know the evolutions of the product configuration, favorable to the improvement of the fleet availability or the reduction of the maintenance costs.
o Report weak signals, and contribute to build the global fleet return of experience.

3. Ensure the interface with the MRO shops during repair operations.
o Follow and monitor the execution of maintenance operations with regard to the Workscope he/she established beforehand.
o Contribute to the analysis of the right need and revision of the quotes (Workscopes) if necessary.
o Contribute to the return of experience review of shop maintenance

4. Accompany the customer or lessor if he comes at the Hyderabad shop during its engine's maintenance

5. Contribute to the analysis of observed maintenance cost discrepancies and implementation of actions to reduce these costs.
o Identify the observed additional costs following the maintenance operations carried out.

Job Requirements

Good knowledge of the operation of aircraft engines and systems, and their behavior in operation (health/use) and MRO shop activities
Technical and economic analysis of observed maintenance costs
Knowledge of after-sales engine documentation
Engine MRO Shop experience

Direct and cross-functional management
Good interpersonal skills and openness to the world
Multidisciplinary teamwork
Bilingual English, French would be appreciated
