Role: ERP Implementation Specialist

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ post-graduate
Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation
Role Description: Looking for a Implementation specialist for Digital Transportation of the company by moving to SAP S4 HANA for its business processes.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with business unit leaders to gather and document system requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system functionality.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security during and after implementation.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and post-implementation evaluations.
- Monitor KPIs to assess the performance and success of the ERP system.
- Develop contingency plans to address risks or system failures during & post implementation, raise & resolve issue tickets with SAP.
Desirable Skills & Certifications/ candidate acumen:
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integrations.
- Quick learner to grasp business processes, and ability to suggest improvements.
- Proficiency in database management and data migration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
