We are looking for a Business Development & Market Strategy Intern in Toulouse.
About the role:
We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern specializing in Market analysis in our Commercial Team in Toulouse. The successful candidate will leverage analytical skills and market insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth and work closely with a Sales Engineer, supporting commercial strategy, market understanding, and customer-facing activities in the space propulsion sector.. This role is crucial in enhancing our understanding of market opportunities and driving evidence-based strategies within the aerospace and propulsion sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with a Sales Engineer to support commercial activities and strategic sales initiatives
Contribute to the identification of new market opportunities, customers, and use cases
Participate in customer and market research to understand needs, expectations, and decision drivers
Support the preparation of commercial materials, value propositions, and strategic briefs
Contribute to market analysis and competitive intelligence to support business decisions
Help structure and consolidate market and commercial knowledge into internal tools and databases
What you need to be successful:
Currently pursuing a Master’s or MBA (business school or university), with a background in strategy, data analysis, consulting, or business development.
Interest in business development, sales strategy, or consulting
Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value
Comfort with qualitative analysis, synthesis, and storytelling, not only numbers
Fluent in English (working language); proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
Available for a 4- to 6-month internship.
Soft Skills:
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Structured and able to clearly synthesize complex information
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Other useful skills:
Knowledge of Design Thinking methods or innovation frameworks
Advanced proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint / or use of data visualization tools
Previous experience in space industry
