We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist in Barcelona for a 6 months temporary contract.
About the job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our People’s team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across technical and non-technical roles. This role will primarily focus on recruitment for both, Spain, and France, requiring a deep understanding of local labor markets and recruitment best practices. Although it is a temporary position, the possibility of evolution and growth within the company will be valued.
Key Responsibilities:
·Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on technical positions in the aerospace sector.
·Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including the use of job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with universities or other organizations.
·Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define selection criteria, and create effective hiring strategies.
·Talent Acquisition in Spain and France: Conduct recruitment activities tailored to the specific needs of the Spanish and French markets, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural nuances. Management of legal processes, contracts, visa procedures if needed, etc.
·Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador of the company by promoting its values and culture to attract high-quality candidates.
·Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
·Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions in Spain and France, advising leadership on talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
What you need to be successful:
·3-5 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in technical industries such as aerospace, engineering, or technology.
·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
·Fluent in English
·Proficiency in Spanish and French is highly desirable.
·Familiarity with recruiting for technical and engineering roles, including an understanding of key skills and certifications within the aerospace sector.
·Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
·Ability to manage recruitment across multiple geographies and adapt to different cultural environments.
·A collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude to solve challenges and achieve goals.
