Technical degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, or comparable qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in quality assurance, ideally in aerospace, satellite, or space systems manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), regulatory requirements, and industry standards(ECSS, NASA, ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
Proficiency in quality auditing, supplier quality management, and materials reliability testing for space environments.
Familiarity with space qualification and acceptance testing, including outgassing, radiation hardness, and mechanical stress tests.
Highly organized and structured way of working in laboratories and clean rooms.
Proactive attitude to problem-solving while safeguarding high-quality standards.
Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate across different engineering domains.
Strong documentation and reporting skills, ensuring traceability and compliance with space industry requirements; experience with configuration management tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of quality control systems, nonconformance handling, and verification procedures.
Experience with statistical analysis tools and quality control software (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB, or Python for data analysis).
Certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/AS9100), or CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) are preferred.
