In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for our Intermodal product portfolio, enabling our clients to run more efficient fleets and deliver their cargo on time and on budget. You will collaborate closely with Customers, Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, and external stakeholders to shape the success of your product line and drive revenue growth.

This role is based out of our Hyderabad, India office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite, with the option to work remotely for up to two (2) days per week.

What You’ll Do

Product Management & Roadmap

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders toidentifycustomer needs, use cases, user personas
• Translate customer needs intoproductrequirements, userexperienceand interface requirements.
• Write epics,userstories, acceptance criteria; developuser journeyworkflows; co-ordinate with design team to develop wireframes.
• Identifytechnical product gaps, articulate newfeatures,monitorand analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-makingand continuous improvement.
• Innovate with new product offerings and differentiated feature sets.
• Developand own theproduct roadmap.

Project Management

• Keystakeholderinproduct developmentcycle,project planningand managing product backlog.
• Prioritize stories, groom engineering team,reviewfinished product, collect customerfeedbackand iterate.
• Collaborate withcross functional teams, provide product related contentacross project phases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries andissue.

Customer, Competition, Market

• Be obsessed with our customers–knowwho they are, their needs and pain points,understandwhy they trust certain products and not others.
• Compile and summarize competition offerings,featuresset andanticipatefuturecapabilities.
• Capture market dynamics and build TAM/SAM/SOMmodels.

Business and Go-to-market

• Collaborate and developtechnical product documentation(internal & external)including user guides, manuals,anddatasheet, etc.
• Develop product-related content to support marketing & sales accountmanagementteams.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace.

• Experience:4+ years of experience in Product Management with overall 8+ years of experience
• Key skills :a) write product requirements, b) identify use cases, product features c) develop product roadmaps
• Key skills II: Good understanding of product management practices, frameworks, agile/scrum methodologies
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solvingand analyticalability.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to customer and non-customer sites (10%-20%).
• An inspiring portfolioshowcasingproducts you have successfully grown in market share and revenue.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
• Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.

• Experience across product types: hardware, software, web applications, cloudmobile platforms
