Join Us as a Content Lead, Editorial & AI

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a fast‑paced, innovative environment? At ORBCOMM, we’re looking for a strategic and execution‑focused Content Lead to own content strategy, production, and performance across ORBCOMM, VIACHAIN, and SKYWAVE. This role is critical to building authority in cargo intelligence and industrial IoT, increasing visibility across search and AI‑driven discovery, and supporting pipeline growth.

This role is based out of our Hyderabad, India office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite, with the option to work remotely for up to two (2) days per week.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Production

• Own end‑to‑end content strategy and execution across marketing assets, websites, blogs, social media, and sales enablement channels.
• Write and edit high-impact content: articles, scripts, case studies, product narratives, press releases, social media, emails and more
• Produce and publish high‑quality content at scale, using AI‑assisted tools as a core part of the workflow.
• Identify and prioritize content opportunities aligned to product strategy, customer needs, and market demand.

AI‑Enabled Editorial Leadership

• Build and maintain a disciplined AI content production process, including effective prompting, brand voice calibration, and editorial standards.
• Edit and elevate AI‑generated drafts to publication‑ready quality.
• Develop reusable AI prompt templates and editorial frameworks that raise the quality floor across the team.
• Maintain a steady cadence of thought leadership and product storytelling

Editorial Excellence & Brand Voice

• Maintain a clear, consistent editorial voice across ORBCOMM, VIACHAIN, and SKYWAVE.
• Edit and elevate content from internal subject‑matter experts and external contributors, including non‑professional authors.

• Translate complex technical and industrial IoT subject matter into clear, compelling, and authoritative content.

Demand, SEO & Performance

• Write and produce gated assets such as whitepapers, guides, reports, and campaign content to agreed quality standards.
• Expand and optimize website content for SEO, AEO, and GEO through new pages and ongoing updates.
• Manage social media across three brands, increasing engagement and tailoring content and tone for investors, customers, prospects, and job candidates.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with marketing, product, and design teams, including on visual‑first storytelling initiatives.
• Manage external writers and contributors as needed to support content scale and specialization.
• Interview internal experts and customers to extract insights
• Create compelling social media posts that tell our brand stories to investors, customers, prospects, and job candidates. Manage the social media of three related but distinct brands

Who You Are

You’re a senior B2B content professional who can own strategy and execute at scale.

• 7+ years of experience in content, editorial, or content marketing, ideally in B2B tech or complex/technical industries.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality content across channels (web, blog, campaigns, social, sales enablement) while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Experience creating long‑form, gated assets that support demand generation and pipeline.
• Strong editorial judgment and can quickly identify weak arguments, vague language and unsupported claims—and fix them.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation, with the discipline to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content optimization, with an understanding of how content drives visibility and performance.
• Comfortable translating technical or industrial subject matter into clear, compelling content.
• Collaborative, organized, and accountable — able to manage priorities across multiple brands and stakeholders.
• Experience interviewing technical subject-matter experts
• Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English, enabling clear, effective communication and strong comprehension.
• Journalism education and experience is a plus.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
• Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.
