ORBCOMM is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer - Digital Services & SaaS Marketplace to design, build, and deliver the applications, APIs, and digital services powering our next-generation SaaS marketplace. As we pivot from IoT-centric solutions to a digital services-first strategy, you will play a central role in developing scalable, secure, and monetizable products that combine IoT and location data with contextual business information, including assets, bookings, commodities, and customers.
You will work closely with architects, product managers, and data engineers to deliver modern applications and APIs that provide visibility, track & trace, demurrage/detention modeling, and other logistics-focused solutions.

What You’ll Do
End-to-End Full Stack Development
- Design, build, and maintain scalable back-end services using Python (FastAPI) for inference and decision services.
- Develop modern React-based dashboards and control-plane applications for monitoring, configuration, and operational workflows.
IoT, Streaming & Real-Time Processing
- Build pipelines for device telemetry ingestion through IoT hubs and streaming platforms.
- Design real-time streaming and ordered event processing using Kafka and cloud-native streaming services.
Data Platforms & Lakehouse Engineering
- Design and implement Delta Lake and Microsoft Fabric lakehouse pipelines to support analytics, AI, and operational workloads.
- Build and maintain feature tables to support machine learning models and agent-based reasoning.
AI, ML & Autonomous Agents
- Integrate AI/ML models into digital services using FastAPI-based inference endpoints.
- Develop autonomous agent workflows using LangGraph and NVIDIA AgentIQ to enable intelligent decision-making and orchestration.
Graph & Intelligence Systems
- Design and work with market graph intelligence using Neo4j or Gremlin, modeling relationships between assets, customers, routes, services, and events.
Cloud-Native & DevOps
- Deploy applications and data services on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
Who You Are
You are a technically strong and security-minded Full Stack Engineer with a passion for data-intensive systems, real-time platforms, and AI-driven services, and you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience building cloud-native, production-grade systems.
Core Skills & Experience
- Back-End: Python (FastAPI), microservices architecture.
- Front-End: React.js (required) for dashboards and control-plane applications.
- IoT & Streaming: Device telemetry ingestion, IoT hubs, Kafka, real-time streaming and ordering.
- Data Platforms: Delta Lake, Microsoft Fabric lakehouse, feature tables for ML.
- AI & Agents: ML model integration, LangGraph, NVIDIA AgentIQ, AI-enabled services.
- Graphs: Neo4j or Gremlin for market and relationship intelligence.
- APIs: REST, gRPC, inference and decision APIs.
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
