As a member of our Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Planning Leader’s day to day functions to ensure Service Orders and Work Order materials are properly planned, released and shipped.

This is an onsite role, where you can engage in in-person collaboration at our Hoensbroek, Netherlands office.

What You’ll Do:

• All administrative tasks associated with order processing.
• Support in creating manuals and instructions for Planning & Logistics.
• The daily order report check’s related to sales orders and work orders.
• Completing the sales documents for proper invoice handling.
• Follow-up of pending purchase orders and work orders to ensure on time delivery for our customers.
• Maintaining our ERP system looking to sales orders and work orders.
• Support in answering incoming calls and e-mails for planning and logistics.
• Monitor order-to-shipments statuses with various couriers.
• In the case of peaks in the department and/or holidays/sick leave by peers you will help with the production or warehousing activities.
• Other relevant administrative tasks and supporting duties within the department.
  
  

Who You Are:

You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:

• Successful completion of Secondary Vocational Education (MBO) Level 3: Professional Training or equivalent.
• 3 years’ work experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• A pragmatic mindset with a "can do" attitude.
• Ability to shift priorities and a great team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of an ERP system and Microsoft Office.
• Autonomous, disciplined and accurate.
• Excellent language skills, both written and verbally in Dutch and English.
• Proficiency with German language skills are an asset.
