As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in creating accurate invoices and billing materials, monitoring updates, and communicating effectively with our team and customers. You'll ensure our clients are billed correctly and in accordance with approved deal parameters, helping ORBCOMM maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

With a flexible hybrid working schedule, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds—engaging in-person collaboration at our Hyderabad, India office while also benefiting from the autonomy of remote work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Invoice Management:
    • Check invoices and credit memos for accuracy.
    • Submit electronic invoices and track progress from billing to collection.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Monitor emails for customer and account change requests.
    • Communicate updates with both the team and customers.
  • Account Maintenance:
    • Perform account authorizations and review new customer accounts.
    • Approve billing rates according to company standards.
  • Reporting & Support:
    • Prepare special request reports as needed.
    • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed.

Who You Are:

You’re a detail-oriented professional with a talent for ensuring accuracy and managing multiple priorities. If you have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar billing role.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • A solid understanding of billing systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent team collaboration skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, handle interruptions, and maintain flexibility in assignments. Then we want to meet you!
