Shift Schedule: It will be a 9-hour shift (evening/night shift) – 5 days a week, as our customers are based out of the US and European Regions predominantly.

What You’ll Do:

You will primarily be responsible for answering/processing the queries (via email or phone) from our customers that uses the product(s) of Orbcomm which includes but not limited to:

  • Provide Level 1 client support and technical issue resolution via CRM (Sales Force/JDE) tool, phone, email and chat medium.
  • Work with our next level (Tier2/Tier3) team to analyze more deeper on the request and provide a resolution in case of an escalation.
  • Interact with various internal teams like Engineering (Tier3 – Software/Hardware), QA and Orders to troubleshoot and/or resolve customer requests.

Who You Are:

You’re a detail-oriented professional with a talent for ensuring accuracy and managing multiple priorities. If you have:

  • 3 – 5 years in Technical Support / Customer Support / Product Support / Application Support
  • International inbound calling experience mandatory
  • Must possess team player attitude, strong work ethics and strict adherence in following the process
  • Must be collaborative, possess good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office products
  • Willing to learn new technologies/different internal product lines.
  • Good at handling international phone calls and willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Good logical troubleshooting skills
