Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Head of ISO Compliance to join our team and play a critical role in leading successful internal and external audits on ISO standards (9001/14001/27001). In this position, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, external audit consultants, and quality leads to ensure successful outcomes for the organization’s quality initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive continuous improvement, manage ISO standards, and lead in a global organization that values professional development and teamwork.

Who You Are:
You are passionate about leading successful internal and external audits on ISO standards – ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001. You are task-oriented and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments, welcome new challenges, and are always focused on achieving business outcomes. You lead discussions, build consensus, push boundaries, and crush deadlines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end quality audit portfolio globally, reporting to the Head of Group Quality & Process.
  • Lead the audit teams for internal and external ISO audit execution as a Senior program manager, deploying the necessary methodology expertise for successful execution.
  • Manage and support key cross-organization quality initiatives with external audit consultants.
  • Collaborate with other quality and functional leads on successful audit execution and closing of actions.
  • Define and draft internal procedures, periodically updating them to comply with regulations and changes in the context.
  • Conduct detailed analyses to identify the root causes of Non-Conformities and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Manage activities and corrective actions generated by ISO Management Systems.
  • Monitor process metrics (KPIs), identifying and addressing areas for improvement with Process Owners.
  • Be the overall program lead and expert on all ISO standards implementation, audits, and assessments (9001/14001/27001).
  • Manage the implementation of the new Eutelsat Group Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Support executive leadership governance on Quality Management System.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in leading successful internal and external ISO audits.
  • Lead QMS Quality Auditor Certification on ISO 9001/14001/27001 (desired).
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze large volumes of data and present it clearly.
  • Experience in business transformation and quality management (first-time right/on-time delivery).
  • Experience in Space Tech/Satellite Telecom/Telecommunication infrastructure or Telco operator sectors (desired).
  • Educational background in Engineering/Technology/Business management/Economics/Finance.
  • Professional qualification: PMP/Prince 2 or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (desired).
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); French and/or Italian (optional).

This position is based in Turin, Italy, with flexibility for hybrid work options.
