Who You Are:

As Sales Performance Officer for the region (BU Connectivity), the Sales Performance Officer monitors the effectiveness of the sales team and ensures that it is aligned with the objectives of the commercial activity of the area.

Sales Performance Officer ensures and coordinates the evolution of processes and tools to integrate new commercial offers, new products and improve commercial efficiency.

He/she ensures the training of new salespeople in tools and processes, and the alignment of the commercial and financial projections of the region/BL with the commercial objectives.

As Sales Performance Officer is responsible for analysing and tracking sales and sharing reports on sales rep performance. It is also his/her duty to improve the way in which data is collected and reported within the sales department.

He/she helps of:

• Manage of CRM, communications, data, reporting and automation of as many tasks as possible

• Reducing friction in the sales process

• Coordination of administrative and operational tasks

• Optimization of sales processes

• Planning and setting objectives

• Data analysis

• Sales forecasting.

• Helping keep CRM data clean

What You’ll Do:

• Monitors the effectiveness of the region/BL As Sales Performance team and its alignment with business objectives

• Controls the quality and accuracy of data entered in the CRM for the proper functioning of resulting operations, e.g.:

o Revenue recognition for financial communication

o Capacity reservation (on the satellites)

o Creation of transmission plans

o Customer risk management and requests for financial guarantees

o Billing

  • Support the Sales Force as effectively as possible in the management of the pipeline and the sales cycle, and thus guarantee the achievement of the Budget and the signature roadmap: e.g. anticipation of renewal actions and sending of offers, management of contractual alerts, updating of the pipeline
  • Guarantees compliance with Group sales procedures within its Sales Operations team and among salespeople
  • Creation and follow up in CRM of renewals of <100K with the approval of AM
  • Creation and follow up in CRM of renewals in basis month to month approval of AM
    Amendments creation in CRM and follow up
  • Creation and follow up of the interco contracts.
  • Creation of standard contracts and send to the customer.
  • Coordination of pipeline cleaning and business meetings.

Responsible for commercial efficiency and Forecast accuracy.

• Follow-up and applies the evolution of processes and tools to integrate new commercial offers, new products, and improve commercial efficiency

• Sharing of reports and data to provide decision support to salespeople and RVPs

• Collaborates constantly with all RVPs (Regional Vice Presidents) and salespeople

• Coordinates collaboration with other teams/departments, to streamline the sales cycle to guarantee commercial efficiency (e.g. Pre-Sales, DRM, DDI, CSC, Teleport, Legal, Finance)

• Supports sales teams by enabling them to sell better, faster, and more efficiently with strategic and efficient processes

• Ensures training of new salespeople in tools and processes

• Guarantees data quality and accuracy of Forecasts for the region/Business Line

• Increases commercial results using optimized sales processes, to improve the performance and efficiency of the sales team

• Coordinates discussions with internal and external auditors, for the monitoring and control of Group sales procedures

• Participate on key activities of the As Sales Performance team: Non-Compliance Meetings, Exceptions, Monthly and Annual Closures, Pipeline Reviews with RVPs

• Proposes corrective measures to improve processes in terms of speed and quality

• Ensures accurate, real-time visibility of sales team performance

• Improves forecasting to help salespeople work as a team

• Guarantees the maintenance of the CRM and other sales tools
