Who you are:

Eutelsat is seeking a dynamic and experienced M&A Manager to be a key player in our global transformation efforts. This role will place you at the heart of our strategic vision, from evaluating high-impact transactions such as acquisitions, sales of entities, joint ventures, investments in innovative companies, and other M&A activities to contribute to the future of satellite communications in an era of rapid technological advancement.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee, together with the M&A Director, complex and challenging M&A projects from inception through completion.
- Collaborate effectively and dynamically with operational teams, shareholders, advisors.
- Lead financial and business analyses to assess ongoing transactions and new M&A targets.
- Oversee and contribute to due diligence processes, ensuring thorough evaluations of target companies.
- Design and refine business plans, using advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Guide the preparation of high-level presentations and memos for executive teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying market opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Contribute in driving M&A sourcing strategies.
- Play a pivotal role in the post-transaction integration process, ensuring seamless operational transitions.
- Follow up on realized deals, ensuring that value creation objectives are met.
What It Takes:
We’re looking for an M&A Manager who combines experience with energy—someone who’s passionate about making an impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3+ years of experience in M&A; experience in transaction services or investment banking is a plus.
- Be fluent in valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable transactions, trading multiples).
- Possess a track record of autonomy, resilience, and team spirit in challenging environments.
- Experienced in working within cross-functional teams and proficient in managing projects in a structured, project-based environment.
- Excel in financial modeling and data analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
- Bring a strategic mindset and the ability to manage high-pressure projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Have the flexibility to travel and the option for partial remote work.
