What You’ll Do:

The Customer Supply Chain Manager reports to the Head of Supply chain. He/she performs all activities and tasks necessary to operate the orders deliveries all over the world.

What it Takes:

  • Managing a team who is in direct touch with customers, internal support function, logistics and transportation partners.
  • Monitoring the service level of the deliveries: end to end leadtime from the order receipt up to the delivery.
  • Monitoring the costs: to prepare and to deliver
  • Managing potential claims & delays.
  • Working with teams within the Supply Chain in order to secure the demand and stock availability for future requests from business partners.
  • Implementing and animating improvement action plan.
  • Finding solutions to improve our service level and customer satisfaction.
  • Structuring the methodology and the process and contributing to the deployment

Accountabilities:

KPI related to the leadtime to deliver the customers + compliancy of the deliveries + KPI related to costs
