Inside Sales Manager – Mexico City (IDX)

Are you a proven sales leader who knows how to drive performance from top-tier sellers? We are expanding our LATAM IDX sales organization and hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of high-performing Account Executives, accelerate revenue growth, and maximize productivity across a rapidly scaling business.

This role is designed for a hands-on, high-impact leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment—coaching experienced AEs, driving deal execution, and delivering consistent results against aggressive revenue targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Account Executives (AEs) to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage a team primarily composed of fully ramped (P2) AEs, driving deal strategy, pipeline conversion, and closing excellence
  • Own team performance across both revenue attainment and outbound pipeline generation, including consistent pipeline creation expectations per AE
  • Drive pipeline inspection and coverage discipline, ensuring strong leading indicators to support revenue outcomes
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and proactively manage risk, opportunities, and performance gaps
  • Coach AEs on advanced sales execution, including negotiation, objection handling, and complex deal strategy
  • Support onboarding and ramp of new hires while maintaining performance of fully ramped reps
  • Build and reinforce a high-performance, accountability-driven culture focused on activity, execution, and results
  • Partner cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to optimize pipeline flow and conversion
  • Continuously analyze performance data to improve team productivity, efficiency, and outcomes

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, with 2-4 years leading high-performing, quota-carrying sales teams
  • Proven track record of managing experienced (fully ramped) AEs and driving consistent over-attainment against revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success leading teams responsible for meaningful revenue ownership and consistent quota delivery
  • Strong experience coaching sellers on deal strategy, pipeline conversion, and closing complex opportunities
  • Deep understanding of high-velocity, full-cycle sales environments, including outbound pipeline generation
  • Data-driven mindset with strong experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, motivate, and hold teams accountable
