The Role
Solera is seeking an Implementation Associate to support our operations in Seville, Spain. As an Implementation Associate, you will work closely with UK clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of our software solutions. You will report to the Head of Implementation and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality implementation services to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients in migrating from their legacy estimating platforms to Qapter, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to their operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, generate SOWs to ensure consistency and ensure successful implementation of Solera’s software solutions.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including user guides and project plans to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Become SME on product suite to advise Solera's customers on best workflows and configurations to meet the customers needs and add value
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address any technical issues during the implementation process.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing any inquiries or technical issues as they arise.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve the implementation process and ensure ahigh level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze implementation metrics and performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to align implementation efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- An understanding of automotive standards and processes, particularly for bodyshop segment.
- Knowledge of the motor insurance industry. Experience in collision repair or related fields is preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering SaaS UI & API implementations at scale
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

- Willingness to travel (infrequently) to various locations to as role requires
- Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, PowerBI, Visio & Office365
- Experience with legacy system migrations, particularly in the context of estimating platforms or software solutions.
-Knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in collision repair or related fields is preferred.
