Solera is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team, focusing on our fleet vertical. The successful candidate will be a key player in cultivating relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the fleet sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet vertical, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to drive sales growth.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their challenges and goals, providing customized solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Solera’s products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, using data-driven insights and market analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze sales metrics and client feedback, providing regular reports to management on performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Adaptability: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting strategies and approaches to meet the evolving needs of clients in the fleet vertical.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the fleet or automotive industry.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
