The Role
We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and support the implementation of Solera’s HR strategy with respective business units in EMEA. The HR Coordinator will ensure the quality while providing relevant inputs for decision making and recommendations in order to drive the One Solera imitative and support the business.
What You’ll Do
Supports on the implementation of a holistic talent approach: processes, strategy, workforce planning, onboarding, goals and development, total rewards and recognition, and succession and mobility.
Leads onboarding and offboarding for EMEA employees (partners with recruiting, facilitates employee orientation, new hire paperwork, etc.).
Foster a positive employee environment and partners with HRBP to resolve any issues that may surface.
Ensure all HR processes and policies are appropriately documented and housed for employees to reference.
Strong focus on metrics to help drive organization and HR efficiency, improve key processes, and make determinations to enhance the team
Accountable of efficiency, execution, and effectiveness of HR services that generate the growth in the business.
Enter data into Workday system and organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information as needed.
