The Role
The maternity leave replacement role works together as part of the finance team. The role is primarily responsible for Tax, accounts payable and fixed assets as well as month end closing process.
What You’ll Do
Fixed assets function: new asset, old assets write off, month end depreciation.
Monthly tax filing (VAT, stamp duty, etc), quarterly CIT filing and CIT annual filing.
Monthly export tax refunding declaration.
Processing trade manual verification.
Manage staff expense claim reimbursements (check for compliance, validate, book the expense, intiate payment)
Issue invoices – work closely with supply chain team to issue invoices accurately and timely. Book the appropriate entries in the local ERP system.
Accounts payable function – processing invoices, prepayment, vendor liaison and payment initiation
Cash forecast for US remittance and cash flow report.
Be part of local annual audit.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related
Good Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory
Intelligence, curiosity and motivation.
Team player and ability to work to tight deadlines.
