The Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide technical support for the Norwegian in4mo users.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical assistance to our Norwegian users via phone and email
- Develop a deep knowledge of in4mo products
- Troubleshoot and investigate user issues
- Document user interactions using issue tracking system (Jira) and Salesforce
- Work closely with other members of the Customer Care and Support team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide product introductions and training to users
- Follow up with users to ensure their requests or problems are addressed to their satisfaction
- Localize documentation, instructions, strings and support website
- Gather statistics on support website use
- Bring ideas for product improvements to the in4mo Product team
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Relevant experience from similar roles for a complex SW product (Customer Care, Customer Service)
- A positive, proactive team player attitude, and a passion for customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- An analytical troubleshooter mindset with interest in technology and willingness to learn about in4mo’s solutions
- Good problem-solving skills that allow you to investigate, diagnose, and resolve tech-related issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as solid presentation skills
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (the company language). Knowledge of Danish, Swedish, and/or Finnish is considered an advantage.
