The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead high-impact programs across Solera’s Payment Solutions initiatives, driving delivery, integration, and process improvement in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payment Solutions Integration
    Lead planning and rollout of Peri integrations across Solera products and teams (Sales, Support, Pro Services).

  • Vendor Management
    Coordinate with Payment Facilitators, hardware vendors, and service providers to ensure successful delivery.

  • Strategic Planning
    Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize projects, establish scope, timelines, and resources.

  • Operationalization & Delivery
    Oversee cross-functional collaboration from pre-sales to support. Lead expansion efforts, integration of new technologies, and implementation of controls.

  • Stakeholder Management
    Act as liaison for executive and departmental stakeholders, ensuring objectives are met.

  • Process Improvement & Reporting
    Align product enhancements and fixes; provide executive-level reporting on progress and risks.

  • Program Leadership
    Deliver large-scale IT, organizational, and process integrations focusing on cost savings, reporting, and culture alignment.

  • Project Execution
    Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely milestone achievement and effective team collaboration.

  • Continuous Improvement
    Conduct gap analyses and refine processes to drive efficiency and simplify execution.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management or business facilitation

  • 2+ years of experience leading large-scale tech/data-driven transformations

Technical Proficiency in:

  • MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project

  • Power BI, SharePoint

  • Lucidchart or equivalent flow diagram software

  • Salesforce
