In this role you will support our in4mo subsidiary which focuses on the property segment and is transforming the world of property claims.

The Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to handle the relationship with our customers in the Nordics.
What You’ll Do
You will take responsibility for the entire Business relationship for selected Accounts in the Nordics
- Be the main contact for allocated Nordic Customer’s accounts,
- Develop a deep knowledge of in4mo products and the business needs of our customers,
- Ensure product adoption and promote / upsell new functionalities within your accounts,
- Bring Ideas for product improvements / new products to in4mo Product teams
- Ensure Customer requests or problems are addressed to the Customer’s satisfaction,
- Work closely with other members of the Customer Care and Support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document cases and customer interactions using issue tracking system (Jira) and Salesforce,
- Provide product introduction and training to customers and users,
- The role requires travelling within the Nordics.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills, experience, and attitude:
- Relevant experience from similar roles (Sales, Customer Care, Customer Success or Account Manager),
- Positive, proactive team player who is passionate about customer service,
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment,
- An analytical and trouble-shooter mindset,
- Good understanding of SaaS offering and willing to learn about in4mo’s solutions,
- Some Technical understanding of how SaaS solutions works,
- Strong presentation skills,
- Solid verbal and written communication skills,
- Fluency in Norwegian/Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages is an advantage,
- Able to work in Finland.
