Sales Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations.
- Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things
- as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and
- goal attainment.
- Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets.
- Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue
- forecasts and revenue timeline considerations.
- Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models,
- and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
- Performs the management, administration, control and follow-up of AO sales operations: BPO Tracking, stock control, logistics coordination,
- control and rendering of customer payments, documentation administration.
- Commercial assistance for AO corporate clients (insurers, buyer networks, managers/representatives, service providers).
- Effectively incorporates and applies customer delivery schedules and improves operating processes. Identifies opportunities for new revenues
- from existing customers.
- Elaboration, analysis and maintenance of AO operations and sales reports. Comply with AO's monthly revenue and transaction objectives
What You’ll Bring
- Studying or Completed the Administration Graduation.
- Language: Intermediate English
- Excel: Advanced level
- Work experience: Within the business or insurance activity.
- Experience Time: Minimum +4 years, preferable in the segment of insurance brokers, insurer and automotive
