The Role
The Graphic Artist is responsible for development of new designs and limited modifications (quick changes) to existing art work for campaign components, presentations and assets.
What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a versatile, highly creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing compelling visual content across a wide range of channels including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, tradeshow assets, and sales enablement materials. This position requires a keen eye for design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

- Prepares files and assets for Production.
- Performs work accurately and quickly.
- Supports Creative team’s goals of efficiency, quality and on-time delivery.

- Manages internal client expectations.
- Provides internal clients with innovative creative design solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Specific Responsibilities of the Job:
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, social graphics, digital ads, event signage, and email headers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing team, and product leads to ensure visuals align with messaging and brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency of Solera’s visual identity across all outputs.
- Execute design requests based on creative briefs and project requirements.
- Prepare final files for production and digital deployment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Produces creative components to required specifications
- Produces each individual creative asset to specification of order.
- Conducts research for assets to meet component requirements.
- Performs proofing and quality control checks on all creative output, including review for correct content, spelling, grammar, format, and requested changes.
- Participates in team cross-training.
Prepares files and assets for distribution
- Uploads, and manages assets including imagery, logos, etc. per departmental standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Stores completed creative and project files as required by departmental SOP.
Monitors and manages Salesforce.com case activities
- Manages project workload using Salesforce.com Case Grid.
- Takes timely action to investigate and resolve case-related issues.
- Provides regular updates on case status using Salesforce Chatter.
- Responds to questions about individual cases from Solera internal team members.
- Elevates ongoing issues to manager.
Education and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience: Minimum of AA or AAS in Graphic Design or Graphic Arts 2 to 3 years of experience in the print industry or ad agency in lieu of degree.
- Specialized training in:
- Graphic arts or graphic design
Other Required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro.
- Experienced in handling various image formats such as vector .eps, .jpg, .png, .gif, and .tif.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Skilled in operating Macintosh systems.
- Competent in organizing file types and managing digital assets.
- Knowledgeable in design principles.
- Knowledge of Generative AI as a design tool.
- Capable of applying design principles to creative projects.
- Adept at following corporate branding standards and co-op guidelines.
- Stays up to date with advancements in technology and software updates.
- Thorough understanding of print specifications.
- Experienced in working with variable content.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Communicates effectively with AutoPoint internal clients.
- Expresses ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Reliable in following through on commitments.
