The Role

We are seeking a ETL Engineer to join our data team. The ideal candidate should have experience with ETL tools, data warehousing, and database management. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines for our organization's data. You will work closely with our data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

What You’ll Do


  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using industry-standard tools and technologies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

  • Design and implement database schemas and data models

  • Monitor and optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot issues as needed

  • Develop and maintain documentation of ETL processes, data flows, and data lineage

  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and standards
  • Train and mentor junior team members as needed

What You’ll Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS

  • Experience with SQL and database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL

  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
