About the Role
As a Senior Ad Ops Analyst, you will play a critical role in the execution, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across our managed service platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure campaigns are set up for success, delivered flawlessly, and optimized to exceed performance goals.
You’ll bring expertise in campaign trafficking, avails forecasting, KPI management, and third-party measurement, while also being a subject matter expert in paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. Acting as both strategist and campaign manager, you’ll run media for national brands end-to-end, serving as the operational backbone for our sales and account management teams.

Your daily impact as a Sr. Ad Ops Analyst
- Own the trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proactively analyze performance and delivery, providing actionable insights to maximize results.
- Perform thorough QA of campaign setups, including creative assets, and ad tags.
- Deliver both standardized and customized reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage inventory forecasts, costs, and margins, leveraging SQL queries to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and deliver data-driven strategic recommendations on campaign structure to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to deliver technical expertise during pre- and post-sales conversations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues with speed and accuracy.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements, automation tools, and AI solutions to scale operations and drive efficiency.
- Contribute feedback on product features and capabilities to help shape the future of our ad offerings.
Your Experience & Expertise
- 2–4 years of experience in Ad Operations or a similar digital advertising role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign trafficking, management, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience running campaigns on at least one major social media platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to drive both client and team success.

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and Massachusetts, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits.
