About the Role
Ready to make a real impact on go-to-market success? We're seeking a dynamic GTM Enablement Manager to join our Global Enablement team and help scale our customer-facing teams across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a highly visible role in a flexible, global environment where you'll develop talent, drive performance, and build scalable programs that create lasting change.
What You'll Do
You'll work directly with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate GTM execution. Your day-to-day impact will include:
- Develop & Coach: Deliver engaging training on sales methodologies and internal processes through live, virtual, and on-demand sessions. Provide regular coaching and quality feedback to drive high performance.
- Build Programs: Create and administer onboarding programs that effectively engage and empower new starters. Develop global course curriculums that scale and evolve with learner needs.
- Drive Performance: Facilitate regular team meetings to review performance, celebrate wins, and identify development needs. Leverage conversation intelligence tools to evaluate sales skills and continuously improve processes.
- Lead Strategy: Work with the Director of Global Enablement to recommend GTM strategy and design specific enablement plans that support successful execution. Identify performance gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Enable Across Functions: Collaborate with marketing, revenue operations, People & Culture, and sales leadership to align on initiatives, manage change, and build best practices that scale globally.
- Measure Impact: Evaluate program effectiveness by tracking key metrics and KPIs that drive productivity and sales outcomes. Use Salesforce data to enable high performance and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of success in sales development or sales roles
- Demonstrated success designing and managing GTM onboarding programs
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar), and GTM performance metrics
- Strong experience coaching and developing individuals to achieve their potential
- High competence with Salesforce and other sales tools (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Highspot)
- Instructional design experience (highly desired)
- Background in the insurance market (highly desired)

- Strategic business partner who can consult effectively with leaders and stakeholders to understand their objectives
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to command a room
- Dynamic facilitator—equally effective in-person and online
- Strong negotiator and relationship builder with genuine empathy for sellers
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive self-starter
- Understanding of subscription business models, customer retention, and financial metrics
- Passion for developing others and helping sales professionals succeed
