Job Description

As a key member of the ANZ Marketing team, the Industry Marketing Manager - Insurance will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth by developing and executing end-to-end market strategies that directly impact pipeline generation and revenue. Your mission is to foster meaningful partnerships with enterprise squads and ensure that marketing plans are closely aligned with their territory objectives. Operating with an agile, results-driven approach, this Industry Marketing Manager will be the go-to marketing expert for vertical markets, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess the following key skills and experience:

  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the primary interface with internal teams to collaboratively achieve both national and regional marketing objectives across diverse markets.

  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Coordinate and execute integrated marketing strategies across various channels while testing different messages, platforms, and opportunities to drive engagement and lead generation.

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring projects align with internal processes and timelines.

  • Strong Cross-Departmental Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and product teams, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of joint marketing efforts.

  • Creative Direction: Guide both internal and external creative teams to conceptualize, create, and tactically execute localised campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

  • Fiscal Responsibility: Manage marketing budgets effectively, demonstrating fiscal responsibility while delivering high-quality marketing assets and executing impactful activities.

  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, measuring their success against objectives and revenue modelling targets to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of building and reporting on successful sales marketing programs.

  • Alternatively, strong B2C experience, especially in the insurance industry, with a desire to pivot to B2B marketing is also welcomed.

  • Experience working in mid to large matrix organisations

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • Expertise in multi-channel campaigns and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, planning, and project management abilities.

  • MarTech platform proficiency (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe, 6Sense) and experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
