As HR & Office Administrator, you will:
- Manage and maintain employee documentation, contracts, amendments, and internal policies.
- Administer employee data in internal and external HR tools (HRIS).
- Coordinate business trips and support with travel documentation.
- Support implementation and optimization of HR and admin processes.
- Assist in preparing orders, job descriptions, policies, and other official documents.
- Collaborate closely with HR, legal, and accounting teams.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of HR & Admin.
- Be the go-to person for all things admin in the 2A office (~20 people).
- Ensure the office is fully equipped, organized, and running smoothly.
- Support daily needs of administrative staff and visiting colleagues.
- Handle general facility-related requests and maintain office supplies.
- Support the CEO with administrative tasks when needed.
- Administer shared mailboxes and respond to incoming emails professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage courier services and deliveries.
We expect you to have:
- Has at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Is fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
- Has strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Understands Lithuanian labor law and is confident handling HR documentation.
- Is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
Nice to have:
- Experience with HRIS tools or document management systems.
- Ability to build and improve internal processes.
Salary
- Salary starts from 2000 – 2500gross/per month
- The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
