As a Business Development Associate you will:
- Research and identify new business opportunities (growth areas, new markets, customers, trends, etc.)
- Track and manage opportunity pipeline using company CRM
- Engage with clients by analyzing mission requirements, generating proposals, and responding to customer requests
- Present the company and its products to customers
- Support the US Business Development Manager with negotiations for potential business deals
- Participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and space conferences
- Travel up to 50%
We expect you to:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of work experience, including internships
- Have prior experience (including internships) with lead generation, sales, cold calling, networking, proposal writing, estimating, and/or market research
- Understand technically complex solutions quickly
- Have a strategic leadership mindset with a strong internal drive and desire to succeed
- Be a data-oriented problem-solver that can clearly communicate with clients and internal team members using a range of digital tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter attitude with a desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. NanoAvionics will not provide sponsorship
Nice to have:
- Previous business development experience
- Previous experience in the Aerospace or Defense industries
SALARY:
- Starting from $60 – 70 000 per year + bonuses
- The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
