The incredible opportunity:
Based at our Adelaide HQ, you’ll manage the day-to-day financial operations across the Myriota Group, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and robust internal controls. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you’ll also provide insights that guide key decisions and support expansion into international markets.

How you will drive success:
Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and performance insights
- Consolidate the Myriota Group including foreign subsidiaries
- Lead annual audits and statutory reporting
- Maintain and improve accounting policies and internal controls
Cash & Treasury Management
- Oversee AP/AR and banking relationships
- Manage cash flow and group treasury operations
Taxation & Compliance
- Responsible for the lodgment of annual income tax returns
- Oversee BAS lodgments
- Manage R&D Tax Incentive processes (including Advance Overseas Findings)
Payroll Management
- Manage global payroll (AU, UK, US, Canada, Switzerland)
- Handle quarterly commission calculations
- Support payroll setup for new international entities
Risk & Insurance
- Maintain and renew group insurance policies
Investor Support
- Respond to investor information requests and financial queries
What we value in you:
- Professional accounting qualification (CA or CPA)
- Strong experience in financial control and compliance
- Proven ability to manage full-spectrum finance operations
- Exposure to audits and experience working with external advisors
- Advanced Excel skills; confident with G-Suite and Xero
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially savvy
- Strong communicator who collaborates across teams
