The incredible opportunity:
We are excited for a Lead Project Engineer to join our Engineering team and help develop and manufacture our industry-changing IoT platform. You will play a key role in ensuring we are successful in delivering our technology to customers. . Your ability to adapt to changing situations will allow you to thrive in an exciting startup environment.
To be successful in this role, you will be based in Adelaide with our Engineering team.
What we’ll trust you with:
- Scoping and planning projects for both internal and external customers
- Leading development activities from concept through to manufacture
- Reporting on project status including schedule & budget
- Provide Systems Engineering design approach on projects
- Contribute to the Myriota project management framework
- Continual process improvements
What we'd love to see in you:
- A strong technical background in Electronics, Embedded, Communications and/or Software Engineering
- Systems Engineering methodology (Requirements, Architecture, Verification & Validation)
- Experience leading and/or coordinating technical projects
- Experience planning and executing projects using a framework such as Prince2 or PMBOK
- Working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Conducting DFMEA/PFMEA reviews
- Energetic, agile, and creative problem solver
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail, adept at risk management
- Self-reliant team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Results-focused and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
