What awaits you at Mynaric
- Supervise and support the production team during second-shift operations
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met
- Monitor workflow, machine utilization, and production efficiency
- Support and guide operators on machining and manufacturing processes including Turning, Milling, and Polishing
- Troubleshoot production and process-related issues and coordinate with other departments when required
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment
- Handle shift responsibilities independently and make timely operational decisions during second shift
- Foster positive teamwork, communication, and employee engagement on the production floor
What you bring with you
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially Turning, Milling, and Polishing operations
- Experience working with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or similar manufacturing software is required
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage second-shift operations
- Knowledge or experience in Optics Production and optomechanics is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and German knowledge skill is an advantage
