• Set up, program, andoperateCNC milling and turning machinesfor the production ofprecision prototype components;experience in5-axis simultaneous machiningiswelcome
• Interpret complex CAD drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Develop the individual machining strategy using theCAM-softwareSIEMENS NX CAM.Proven understanding ofHeidenhaincontrols and G-code CNC-programming for 5-axismachining
• Support CAD design tasks, includingmodifyingmodels or preparing manufacturing-ready data. Design anddevelop tooling and fixturing concepts for complex machining operations
• Manufacture individual parts and small batches according to technical drawings and 3D models
• Supervise machine operations and adjust parameters to achieveoptimalresults
• Performinprocessinspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Maintain machines, tools, and equipment, including basic troubleshooting
• Optimizeprograms, machining strategies,and workflows to improve efficiency and quality

• Minimum of2years experiencein CNC milling and/or CNC turning, ideally in prototype or precision manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge ofcutting machiningparametersfortypical aerospace materials
• Experience with work holding, jigs, and fixturingfor complex components on 5-axis CNC equipment
• Confident in reading technical drawings and understanding geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)based on ISO GPS
• Experience with CNC programmingwithHeidenhaincontrols
• Strong experiencewith CAM-software, especially SIEMENS NX CAM
• Independent and structured working style, with a strong commitment to quality
• Handson mentality, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to use a wide range of precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators, bore gauges, thread gauges, indicators, plug gauges, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel), strong organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
